HelloParent is a mobile application-based platform which aims to plug all pain points around operating a school and keeping a track of the child’s growth alike. We help Schools with Admission Inquiries, Security, Fee Payments, Communication, Reports etc. We help parents with better tracking of the growth along with spending quality time with the child. Our schools share 2M+ messages and 1M+ pictures/videos with the parents every month.
What you’ll do
  1. Lead customer training sessions to empower our clients to achieve their goals.
  2. Provide personalized support to customers and resolve any roadblocks they may encounter.
  3. Build strong relationships with clients through regular check-ins and proactive problem-solving.
  4. Escalate technical challenges to the technical team and ensure timely resolution.
  5. Ensure seamless payment processes and manage follow-ups with ease.
  6. Drive greater adoption and success of our app by understanding and fulfilling the evolving needs of customers.
  7. Stay ahead of the game by staying updated on the latest industry trends and requirements.
Who can apply
  1. Excellent communication skills and the confidence to engage with clients at all levels.
  2. A natural ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies.
  3. Strong proficiency in Excel and other relevant tools.
  4. Knowledge of Canva or similar design tools is a plus.
  5. Proven problem-solving skills and a passion for delivering solutions.

HelloParent is a mobile application-based platform which aims to plug all pain points around operating a school and keeping a track of the child’s growth alike. It has up to 12 competent features, and more in development for its users, and is on a roadmap to digitise schools and preschools across the country. Our illustrious client base includes GD Goenka, Shri Ram Global Preschools, Maple Bear Canadian Schools, Kidzee/Euro Kids Franchises etc. The company's prominent journey and distinguished future is greatly pioneered by our founder Mr Atul Lakhotia, a DCE alumnus, who has previously held worked with top tech organisations like Cisco, EXL etc. Also, the company is backed by prominent marquee investors like Amit Lakhotia who is running his own startup Park+.

In that direction, our suite includes but not limited to:

  1. Communication - Two-way communication between school and parents.
  2. Fee Payments : Fully automated fee payments, paperless receipts, no screenshot matching, automated reminders and reports.
  3. Security: Enhancing security of kids using cab tracking and Face Recognition for authorised persons to pick up the kids.
  4. User Experience: Personalise the experience of the parent at the child's preschool using Face Recognition/AI in photographs, birthday videos, child's school journey and more
  5. Academic Reports: Parents can easily access the growth of the child and understand how he fares against other kids
  6. Personalisation: Personalise parents' experience for his kids and be a part of the growth journey of the child.
  7. Day Care Reports: Allows parent to keep a track of how his child spending time in the day care/after school activities.
  8. Branding: Help School owners with better branding for their schools using pictures, reviews, website listing etc.
  9. Other Admin Tasks: Digitise the regular school admin tasks like inquiry management, staff attendance, admissions etc.
