Our staff and family partnership will strive to build a positive foundation for future success. PROGRAM The Prekindergarten Program is for qualified three, four and five-year-olds.The overall goal of the program is to increase a child’s potential for school success by providing positive, nurturing experiences in developing intellectually, socially, emotionally, and physically. Our preschool curriculum helps children achieve school readiness in all areas of academic and social learning. Our READY for SCHOOL preschool program is filled with investigation, exploration, and discovery, where active and enthusiastic children can refine and expand their skills and knowledge. The curriculum is designed based on the Theory of Multiple Intelligence which ensures all round development of each child through hands-on activities as well as real-life, age-appropriate experiences. REQUIREMENTS FOR ENROLLMENTS A copy of the birth certificate of the child issued by a civic body. Four color passport size photographs of the child and one color passport size photograph of each parent. One photo identity proof of any parent viz. Adhaar Card, PAN Card etc. Photocopy of vaccination card of the child. CURRICULUM Take a close look at our Montessori Classrooms and you will find children engaged in activities of their choice, guided by a carefully planned methodology of learning. The Montessori approach, first developed by Dr. Maria Montesori in 1907, is based on her scientific observations of the optimal environment in which children develop critical cognitive, emotional and social skills. Concepts in Maths, Language, Science and Social Studies combine seamlessly to provide a rich environment for exploration and discovery. Through individual rather than group instruction, children gain independence and confidence. Our mixed age classrooms begin at 3 as is predominant in the Montessori classrooms. This allows children of different ages and developmental levels to observe and learn from one another.
