If you think you are beaten, you are. If you think you dare not, you don't. If you like to win, but think you can't, It's almost certain you won't. If you think you'll lose, you're lost. Life's battles don't always go To the stronger or faster man. But sooner or later, the man who wins Is the man who thinks he CAN. As an educationist, I strongly believe in the pivotal role of an educational institution to not only facilitate in the holistic development of a child but to also augment opportunities so that they finally emerge as winners- in life and in their professional career. At The Srijan School it is possible to meet this challenge with our most dedicated staff, supportive parents and ever enthusiastic children, always willing to learn, explore and exhibit their innate curiosity. With a very safe and secure school premises equipped with modern teaching-learning methodologies, at Srijan we strive to strike a balance between Curriculum and beyond the classroom activities which includes Sports, Art & Craft, Inter and Intra School Competitions, Theatre and Leadership Training - all filled with joy and learning. Discipline, mutual respect, love for our environment, right human values, morality and community service all juxtaposed make us one of the unique centres of learning.

The primary school emphasizes the significance of laying a strong foundation for each child to realize his or her potential as a unique individual. Both academics as well as co-curricular activities enable a child to develop as a social being through living and co-operating with others thus contributing to the good of the society. Development of the child’s scientific temper, evolution of an inquisitive mind, communication and self-confidence is the basis of the primary curriculum.
Classes 6 to 10 follow the CCE based system of learning, which focuses on all aspects of student development and lessens stress related to previous methods of learning. Teachers use various techniques to create the vertical learning curve, encouraging students to perform role-plays, make interdisciplinary projects, grasp practical knowledge of the subject and encourage expression through creative work. This improves class-room deliberations resulting in meaningful and productive learning. It is our belief that evaluation should act as a positive input for improving the teaching learning process and not as a deterrent. Therefore, evaluation for each child reflects not only the scholastic aspects of the learner, but also life skills acquisition, personality attributes, behaviour, interests, attitudes, values and proficiency in indoor as well as outdoor co-curricular activities. This facilitates in unravelling talent and reflects the true picture of the growth and profile of a young learner.
For classes 11 and 12, the curriculum prescribed by CBSE is followed. At this level students are offered to choose from three different streams Science, Commerce and Humanities. The subject combination are many and point to integrated learning. Interactive sessions in the classroom forms the core of our teaching methodology. The faculty aims at drawing out the potential of the students for fruitful education. Teachers here are sensitive and efficient enough to deal with the varied demands of career choices of the students preparing them for their world ahead.
“Every child deserves a champion- an adult who will never give up on her, who understands the power of connection, and insists that she can become the best she can possibly be.” We at the Srijan School want to be instrumental in transforming learning disabilities into abilities, and nurture the inherent potential of each individual. The proactive team of enthusiastic special educators recognizes the differences and difficulties of these children and works together to reach out and hold every little hand to create a conducive learning environment and provide specialized inputs such that we can close the gap between their potential and their performance.
Practice as if you are the worst, perform as if you are the best” At The Srijan School, sport is an integral part of the curriculum. We believe that sport - which requires a combination of discipline, hard work, perseverance and commitment - offers opportunities to students to inculcate values of both fair play and healthy competition. It also raises self-esteem and helps in building a sturdy sportsman’s spirit. Our students accomplish all of this and much more, under the guidance of a team of in-house coaches.
